Make sure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags intact. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or there was a mistake on our part.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, please return the unwanted item for a store credit, and then use it to place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email and a voucher will be issued within 7 to 10 business days. This voucher is valid for 6 months and can be used on our entire site.

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the defect. We will guide you for the return, and shipping costs will be covered by Samoon Fitness.

Sale items, personalized items, or items of a hygienic nature (underwear, etc.) are not eligible for return or for a credit note. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Vouchers issued following a return are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on the entire Samoon Fitness site.

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order.

• Avoid fabric softener, which can affect the technical fibers and the elasticity of the clothing.
• Do not use a dryer; let air dry to maintain the durability and comfort of your items.

The majority of our products are designed to be wrinkle-resistant and do not require ironing. If necessary, iron at a low temperature, without steam, to avoid damaging the technical fabrics.

Our clothing is made from high-quality materials, selected for their durability and strength. However, to ensure optimal longevity, we recommend following our care instructions and avoiding abrasive surfaces during your activities.

Samoon Fitness items are pre-shrunk and designed to maintain their shape. By following the washing instructions, you will avoid shrinking and extend the lifespan of your garments.
